2006 so far...
It's a week full of suprises...
As most of you know, I'm a publisher and it's been a wonderful year for the company. Some projects that landed are expected, most not...and that's what makes it sweet.
Yesterday received huge PO...
Today, it's triple huge!!!
It's been like this since August, the dealings i mean.
But, yesterday and today was something which came out of nowhere. I was lazing around dreaming of shabu-shabu (at cineleisure) and the phone rang...gosh, they really want to spend (so now who's the shopaholic? ok, yes i know, they have to clean up whatever $$$ left for this year budget and the 8th Malaysia Plan budget!) and lucky me!!!
Looking at the co stock level, we're practically wiped out. Yes, that's the case and most probably we need to reprint some titles - heard they still have a sizeable amount of $$$ left!
But lets be practical. It's year end, and i think we had enuf - orang tamak selalu rugi! So me just put whatever energy me have to concentrate fulfilling whatever contracts me got this moment. Sikit-sikit, lama-lama jadi bukit. Me used to "run" long time ago and jatuh tersungkur big time. So this time, let me "walk", enjoy the scenery, meet and make friends...just do it slow and steady...me need to sit down (holiday la) and start planning...u know, they didn't build GAP overnight and me sure next year gonna be even better...InsyaAllah!

Ah here I am again. This must be my 18th (me bad at maths and 18 sounds nice) blog this year and i'm waiting for some sort of an award for doing so.
You people must be wondering why i kept on moving...well keep on wondering!
Ok to continue where i left off...she's about 4 months prego and things are pretty kind for us.
We went to OU just now...
Me had oylster (most probably i spelt it wrong, but who cares? It's in me tummy ok!) and missus had kuey teuw (beats me what's the right spelling, but again, who cares? It's in her tummy now!) at Jacks. Oh yes, before that we went to Starbuck. Me coffee and missus Toffeenut Frappucino - got our final stamp on that "fill me up for a gift" card - and received the 2007 diary. It's cool!
Tried to avoid that u know what shop, but missus persuade me (though she didn't said anything - the way she walks leads me there and that's what i want to believe ok) and me bought a belt and 2 tees - me practically put on the new belt (that one with a buckle la) at Jacks...hahahaha!
Ok, that's it for now...
